Will my sleep deprivation hinder results?

I just started listening to my custom subliminal, but I have been enduring some pretty damning loss of sleep these past few nights. Will the subliminal programming still be taken in if I listened during being sleep deprived? I am guessing the execution will most likely be delayed. Just curious.

Sleep deprivation affects everything. Memory formation is especially included. If it were me, I’d do whatever I could to improve sleep.

For me, it’s magnesium, 5mg melatonin, and GABA.

What about sleeping a lot?

I feel it would affect oversleeping too. Try to find that sweet spot.

7 hours seems best for me.

Valerian and skullcap (in tea) are amazing for sleep.

Limit blue light 2 hours before sleep.

I do. My current job and living situation has me in a constant state of mental and emotional exhaustion. A big part of why I am learning coding and am incredibly grateful for Index Gate UP

Maybe try some nice herbal teas with ingredients that help with relaxation. Or adaptogens.

If you recommend essential oils we can’t be friends

Vetiver essential oil works wonders though.

The script execution might be delayed. I think some titles are good to be run at night. I don’t run RICH at night because it gives me the feeling of motivation to work even on late hours.

I think yours is a normal effects, give it a few days.

@SwagKing Yes it does. I’ve experimented with subs on sleep deprivation and with proper sleep. HOWEVER, with enough loops, even under heavy sleep deprivation, the subs will work. Conversely, with enough loops, with great sleep…its like exponential gains.

I am taking notes about my everyday supplements and sleep score from Oura ring.
Gotu kola seems to be very good for improving sleep.

You can read about that in reviews here for example

It definitely works regardless of sleep. I had a bad stretch of insomnia when I first started running subs 3 years back and I was still noticing benefits.

With that said, sleep is crucial to body function and so if you’re tired all the time, it may prove difficult to put the new inner changes into action.

But it still works, so don’t worry about that

My opinion
