Will changing stack maximize results?

So I have a question based on another members question.

Say you have been running a ZP stack for 2 o 3 cycles, will changing stack make for better results?

Say I’ve been running Stark + wanted + 3rd title which I vary for 3 cycles, so instead of running it again with another 3rd title, is it better to completely change the stack?

It kind of makes sense to me since it would be kind of like a full 21 day “Stark + wanted washout” but I don’t know, I really like the stack and feel like it balances me but I’d like to maximize results.

Thanks

I’it depends on what your goals are and what subs you run….

What are your goals with this stack?

What other goals do you have that changing subs would benefit you?

It sounds like you’re wondering if you’ll experience a bloom effect from Stark + Wanted if you rotate them out completely for a cycle, is that right?

If it is, I’d say yes based on what Saint has written about swapping stacks. From what I remember, after you’ve run a stack for a couple cycles you have enough exposure from ZP to swap in another stack, and as you expose yourself to the new stack, the previous stack will continue to express itself, or bloom.

I don’t know if that will “maximize” the sub’s expression tho. The 2 cycle swap recommendation was meant to be a minimum exposure level. More cycles doesn’t diminish the stack’s results, imo.

Ultimately, I think the longer you run the sub, and the more action you take towards those sub-specific goals, the more profound the results.

Have you tried AC with your stack? If you really like what your stack is doing then maybe just change one thing about it, and keep a close record of your new results.

Something I do on occasion is keep the same stack, but change up the playlist order. To keep the SubC mind from habituating. Keeps it fresh

build my business, while being extremely attractive.

I was thinking of swapping it for something like Khan St2+ PS + libertine, which kind of have the same focus but different paths.

Exactly, so I guess I don’t understand the bloom effect. To me bloom sounds like it fully matures and expresses itself and without it it just wouldn’t, which is what I mean by mazimizing.

So does getting a bloom effect means making it more powerful, or not really?

Sounds good, I was using Stark before Khan St1, and the one day I mixed it up i got some pretty good comments of me looking good.

This is a good question. Hit up support and see what they say (then let us know).

All of our experiences using ZP will vary and are subjective, so having an official answer would clear things up the most imo.

If I had to venture a guess, I’d say ‘not exactly.’ And ‘it depends’.

you could just do an extended washout (7 days or longer) and get the same bloom effect, without the need to change the stack.

if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.
