I am on a executive cycle right now. And it is making me horny. I get arousals at weird timings for absolutely no reason at all and also it makes me crave for sex more too? Can anyone tell why is it happening?

The Executive is all about ambition, action and motivation.
Dopamine has a biological connection to our motivation to achieve. It regulates motivation and reward-driven behavior. It also contributes to the desire for sexual activity.
My theory is that there is something going on with regards to your dopamine.
Of course there is no evidence for any of this and it’s all just theory.

Because you’re probably listening to the full 15 minutes, which will induce recon, and that recon will form as distraction.
Try only listening to 3 minutes, and listening to the executive the night BEFORE you want to be productive, not the morning of. You should have no problems with it after that.
