Which tracks/loops to use on Ascended Mogul

Hello
I’m totally new to using subliminal’s & started with Ascended Mogul last Thursday, in the package there are 4 tracks/loops and my question is do I just use the Qv2 masked and ultrasonic or the Q masked & ultrasonic too?

Hi,the qv2 are the new versions so can just use those.masked/ultrasonic are the same usage wise just one has sound and the other is silent so can just use the one you prefer

How has your listening been and which do you like?

I’ve been listening to Ascended Mogul, I completed 5 days in a row and currently on a 2 day break, will be starting to listen again tomorrow.
I’ve listened to one loop a day which has been the Qv2 ultrasonic, I can’t really say that I’ve noticed much yet but it’s still early days.

All you’d have to do is tag me or @DarkPhilosopher and we can help.

What I would do is ask you want you wanted the title of your journal to say, then re-name this thread with that title, and then move it to the journals section.

If you want to just tell us.
