Which subs for Real Estate Wholesaling?

I am venturing into a specific niche of real estate called Wholesaling. Its complex to explain here, but it is not a real estate agent. Essentially it is finding motivated sellers and matching them up with a cash buyer for a commission. There’s a lot to it, but Wholesaling is basically sales and marketing, communicating with many people and lots of problem solving in order to get the deal done. There is potential for a LOT of money and within a few years (I plan on being successful) can get to high 6 figure or low 7 figure income (my current mentor in wholesaling makes 7 figures). I have an excellent mentor and my future is very bright, but I want to make the absolute most of this.

I am just beginning my washout and would like your advice on the best subs for this.

I am thinking True Sell (because there is a lot of selling and interacting with others) but am having a difficult time deciding on other subs.

After my washout I am planning on EoG St3 (I’ve completed St1 and st2), Rotating True Sell and Inner Circle, and thinking of Stark for the social aspect, problem solving, and success, but am unsure.

Does this sound good to you guys? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

100% True Sell spot on-I can’t speak highly enough for it when it comes to influence and saying the right thing to move things down the pipeline. To me True sell is a ‘present -moment’ sub-meaning it causes success in conversation in the now.

EOG Stage 3 would be fantastic in terms of setting up the processes and opportunities to execute- Its productivity, motivation, opportunity creation, and manifesting success in your chosen wealth generating pathway.

I’m not nearly as familiar with Stark as others- but personally would not go stark unless your branding/ building a reputation on your unique method/model/ madness. The social on Stark can be self indulgent rather than ‘client focused’ - it’s ‘selling’ capacity is for one’s self, one’s innovations and ventures and in that sense it could see it being effective. You can get people on board with your vision but stark doesn’t cater, empathize, or acquiesce.

You sound more like in an ‘agency’ or a kind of brokering situation in which your facilitating a transaction as seamlessly as possible- any excess attention on yourself here is counter productive-you just want to be a space of trust and direction.

Things in my life are finally starting to shift and in a couple of weeks I will be beginning my new career in real estate wholesaling. Lots of interactions with possible motivated sellers, cash buyers, real estate agents, and many others in the process.

I’ve been consistently running SC subs over the past two years mainly focusing on healing and destroying limits. Ran previous DR and have been running RDG since it’s release. I was hoping to get into the updated EOG over the past year and have been waiting, but I cannot wait any longer. I have to begin serious wealth building manifestation with the start of my new career. So here is my current custom as it stands right now:

True Sell Core
Nouveau R.I.C.H. Core
New Wealth Experience Core

Syngery: The Golden One
Synergy: Tale of the Dragon
Synergy: Divine Dominion
Syngery: Breath of the Storms
Synergy: Heaven Shaking Power
Synergy: Machine Totality

Cosmic Navigator
Cosmic Wealth
Financial Reality Shifter
Divine Directive
Unlimiter
Tyrant
Power Unleashed

I am unsure if some of this is overkill, whether or not I should add an alpha sub instead of NWE core, or add Inner Circle or E: HOM. Or add the new Limitless as I have a LOT of learning to do.

Thoughts, recommendations, additions?

@Azriel @ouroboros @Malkuth @Lion @Niles I hope you don’t mind me tagging you, as I greatly respect and appreciate your input.

One initial comment:

Financial Success Reality Shifter is one of the components of Synergy: The Golden One. So only include it if you want an extra-concentrated dose.

It looks good to me. I do question the number of Synergy modules (6). But I don’t mean that I think that’s bad. I literally mean that I question it.

I have yet to run even a single Synergy module. I do not have a sense of how heavy or dense they are in a custom.

Have you had the chance to run any yet, and does a 6-Synergy custom seem doable?

Also, Big Congratulations on this new development, and I wish you tremendous success, fun, and prosperity with it.

There are differences between a real estate agent, a broker, and a realtor. The terms are often used interchangeably, but they aren’t exactly the same.

What your actually referring are just affiliates, often when home owners becomes desperate they approach the wrong people to sell their home.

There are no instant subs titles for that, EoG can take some time. I recommend HoM but you need to be immersed with the experience first before becoming good at what your doing.

Real estate is not for the faint of the heart, it is not the same with selling common goods.

Custom looks really good. And since you have 13 modules including the 6 Synergy modules, I think it could work.

A lot of focus on wealth with the right amount of social skills necessary to do the job. That’s what I feel when I saw your custom.

Inner Circle seems like a very good idea to boost manifesting customers.

Could work. But it’s pretty sense so I would recommend adding it to the stack after a while.

Not a bad idea to add this. Could help you be more intelligent on your job and also help with faster subliminal results due to boosting brain power.

Custom + IC + Limitless is a good stack.

Custom looks really solid! Similar to mine and @Azriel custom, and as you will be doing a lot of selling being in wholesaling, I think it makes sense. I would recommend running initially solo, or with limitless as I’ve noticed limitless really just enhances my results of other titles in my stack as well. It’s a pretty dense custom, and my experience was that it took me about a full cycle to really start noticing the changes come through. After 1, 2 cycles of that, HOM is a great choice to bring in as well.

Any thoughts about replacing NWE with Limitless? Should I keep it in because True Sell doesn’t have NWE?

Also I have these Synergy modules because they give the biggest bang for your buck and each one seems awesome. Maybe overkill though. I have not seen anything in the forums about a limit (or recommended amount) of the Synergy modules.

There is one recommended amount from support

Btw, this is my first custom.

Ah, thank you @Viktor for this. I will probably take a couple Synergy modules out then.

Any thoughts about substituting NWE with new Limitless core here?

I consider the limitless core to be denser than NWE core.

Could be wrong but I consider the new experience more as modules and not heavy intensive or using up a core title spot.

More like a module spot ie, like Deus, Jupiter etc.

So I’d say stick with the NWE

NSE cores work differently than normal cores.

I read what you shared. Thank you. So in other words I could keep NWE and still add new Limitless? My custom would be very dense if I did that, but I plan on running Limitless either way regardless. Wouldn’t it end up being smoother if I added it in the custom instead of adding it as a second title in my stack?

I can’t say anything for sure since I haven’t tried it myself.
Honestly, i want to try 3 cores + 1 NSE too just to see what would happen. The opinions here in the forum are still mixed up & unclear about the combination.

At this point, it’s better to submit a ticket to the support for a more accurate answer.

Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it!

I’d keep NWE, but that’s mainly because it’s my preference.

But also, you’re in sales and money-making. NWE seems to get to the point more directly.

You could just run Limitless as a standalone while you’re in the heavy learning phase. But the custom itself as it currently is can be used indefinitely, even after you’ve gotten the hang of what you need to learn.
