thanks guys, I think the question has already been answered! I’m really looking forward to Ultra where people seem to get an effect within a few hours after listening.
Keep in mind what other posters have indicated. If he doesn’t believe in subs, he’ll attribute any results to his own doing. Which is why self-reflection and journaling is so important. I could tell you what the effects of Ultima are and you would realize just how easy it is to think it is just you doing that. Even after reading the same in almost every journal.
