Seconded what @unusualfellow said, since Emperor is less dense and the main focus seems to be on discipline and body change.

I’d say it depends on your focus.

Khan if your goals are more romance oriented. Emperor if financial goals are more important to you.

Putting it succinctly I want a bit of both . Seems like emperor is the best bet for the time being since it does have alot of romance scripting.
