Hello everyone what would be the best option for nerve regeneration in arms only?
Nervous system looks like it’s for the whole body but aps arms seems to be healing nerves in arms aswell but not main priority?
Add both to your custom if you have space. If not, either will work, but keep in mind Nervous System will target the whole system - there is no guarantee the arms will be targeted first (conscious guidance will make it more likely).
