Where do I go from here?

To be labelled that is to feel like I’m disabled or handicap.

Which isn’t kind or loving to those with ADHD.

It can be a superpower.

I understand that. For me the struggles have been there, label or not so it didn’t really phase me much. Actually since I got diagnosed later in life everything sort of made more sense. I don’t know maybe if I got care younger my view would be different.

Right now exploring the overlap of trauma and ADHD. Healing the more dysfunctional habits and embracing the strengths. Other than that if I’m honest. not much directly. Just trying to be nicer to myself about it after a lifetime of not measuring up to outside standards.

Okay. I pulled out all of the quotes that seem most directly focused on “What I Want”.

My strongest impression is this:

You, my friend, are currently processing Genesis.

These feelings, thoughts, questions, and impulses that you’re experiencing…are literally Genesis in action.

It is processing. And it’s processing actively and well.

You’re doing it.

You are already doing it.

I think there are underying, not-fully-acknowledged emotions that are adding a sense of urgency to the process.

If it were me, I think those emotions would be primarily Doubt and Fear.

Trust in the process and face and work with the emotions. (I know that’s not easy; but over time, you can do it.)

In other words, exactly what you’re practicing in yoga.

As you hold one asana, you go through a journey. Various feelings and sensations arise and wash through you. But you continue to hold the structure of the asana. Over the months of practice, you gradually hold it for longer periods of time. It’s not a war for domination. Not a fight. Not a contest or competition.

It’s a process of exploration. Of getting to know yourself. The lay of the landscape within you.

And holding to the posture gives you a structure and a point of stability. Your trust in the asana frees you from the illusion that you have to immediately react to every sensation that comes. It grounds you.

That’s my first response. Of course there’s more going on, but this is part of it anyway.

Run Ecstasy of Gold as directed for at least a year.

Doing this changed my life is a dramatic understatement. You can check my old posts. I don’t want to keep rewriting the same thing.

Long story short it changed my life more than just outlook on money and wealth.

I also suggest picking a priority and focusing on it for a period of time. Trust me, I know that’s easier said than done, but the good news is that there is no wrong answer here.
Your life will improve no matter which category you choose to push forward with your sub use, and after you get that one to a place where you are at least somewhat satisfied, and you feel you can maintain, pick another. It’ll be great no matter what you choose, and eventually you can get to everything.

Make yoga shorts and reels put link in bio to your teachable course . Maybe a free mini course. If you get enough traffic show authority in the field you get money .

And for Adhd, meditation is incredible have several clients with adhd. And several of my girlfriends thought I had it.

Now I am just super calm and focused most of the time .
