Where biofield and etheric meets physical for a custom

Hi all,

I’m working through some hard-wired tension and could use help creating a custom blend. I’d like it to help relax my mind, body and nervous system. Ease both physical and mental rigidity, and calm overthinking and worst-case-scenario patterns rooted in childhood stress. I want to improve flow through my fascia and connective tissue, regulate my limbic system, and feel peaceful, confident, and grateful, free from anxiety and stress.

I’d also love for it to clear negativity from my aura, fill it with positive, charismatic and attractive energy that’s light, fun, and people would like to be around. Support influencing energy, remote viewing and remote influencing, improve manifestation, and strengthen my connection with higher powers and the spirit world, and develop and improve intuition/psychic. Ideally, it would also help me easily access alpha and theta states. Overall I want to feel lighter and easy-going, and have that reflected energetically and physically.

I have a long list of custom ideas, but I thought I’d ask here first in case someone understands what I’m going for. I’d really love to master all of this.

Given that there is a lot you are trying to accomplish, maybe play around with main store titles for a little while first?

Reading what you wrote

  • Symmetry: Helen of Troy → Covers grace, confidence (confidence in your physicality anyway), and physical shifting.
  • Alchemist → The first stage will help you with auric cleansing and help you build skills toward remote viewing and improving your manifestation. Among other things.
  • Sanguine The Elixir → This is a light healing title that will help you overcome overthinking and negativity. Stacked with the above, it might be very synergistic.

This stack could/should be run for like 4-12 months, as Alchemist is a multistage title.

I would start with:

Symmetry Helen of Troy + Alchemist ST1: 4 months

After this, if you still feel like you need extra support to counter negativity and overthinking, I would do

Symmetry Helen of Troy + Alchemist ST2 + Revelation of the Mind OR Sanguine The Elixir (which ever feels more fitting): 4 months

At that point you would change to Alchemist ST3, and you could stack it with totally new things depending on where your at and what your goals are.

For example

Alchemist ST3 + Remote Viewing X + Revelation of The Mind: 4 months

Then you’d use Alchemist ST4 for 4 months minimum, at this point in your journey, you could start branching out. Astral Projection? Deep emotional healing? Wealth? Skills? It’s all up to you from there.

You also will probably have learned a lot, changed a lot, grown a lot, and you could also make a custom with, say Alchemist ST4 + Remote Viewing X + Symmetry Helen of Troy.
