I got to college about 12 days ago and so far, it’s been rough. I don’t seem to have the same confidence that I had during high school and can’t stop thinking about my girlfriend who is at a different school for whatever reason. I am rushing a fraternity and have gotten some respect, but recently the constant physical and mental stuff has been getting to me. I have no freedom and the subs progress seems to have stopped as soon as I got here. I lost a lot of my humor and my main state of mind is depression/melancholy. Im running my second cycle of Khan st2, LR:DR and wanted black. I am also running it 3 minutes a piece every other day. Any thoughts or explanations?
Man this stack is really high on recon you may want to cut one of them out unless you have proper exposure to some sub.
But this mostly is from Khan St2 + DRLD working on something internal. I would say if you want to keep going, do it, but remember you can get high recon sometimes. From my experience Khan St2 is brutal dude.
Going from high school to college is supposed to be tough, most people if not everyone take time to adapt, it is about growing up. I know for me, it was pretty hard for a couple of month. So I would say it is normal to freak out a little.
I think without subs your experience would have been much more difficult, take more rest days, take your time, take care. I don’t think you are doing anything wrong.
I’m living in a new city now. My biggest pain point is not knowing the roads. I keep missing turns when DoorDashing.
It’s slowly getting better.
I think what’s going on with you is your inner maps just need time to adjust to the new terrain you’re navigating.
Before everyone jumps to saying it’s recon, it sounds more like a readjustment period due to moving to college. Your progress hasn’t stopped, you’re just in a new environment, with new social dynamics and the such. No subliminal is going to prevent fears that arise from change.
People need to start looking at the notion of “life as reconciliation,” rather than a phenomenon only caused by subliminal audio. Any time you experience a drastic change in life, you’ll experience reconciliation as you reconcile your current internal state with the comfortable past state.
To help speed this reconciliation up, take action toward the goals of your stack. Otherwise, cut significantly back on loops. Internally, we call this “confirmation,” a concept we’re going to introduce a bit later and write material on.
But the basic concept is that you can split your subliminal experience into three phases or cycles of rising and falling action, followed by a period of rest.
Execution, reconciliation, followed by confirmation (a resolving of the reconciliation). Execution is that period of “chill,” where you’re just living your life.
Resolving recon just requires moving stagnant energy/ thoughts. You can meditate, or create something, or take specific action toward resolving whatever fears are arising.
For example, an individual running EoG can resolve recon simply by working on a business idea, even if it’s just writing down thoughts about your business. Then, the recon resolves and you can move forward during your execution phase.
Come on young bro! Man up!!! It’s been only 12 days. Cut yourself some slack!
College and highschool and two different animals. A lot of things are going to be different! Everybody goes through an adaptation period! In 3 months you’ll feel completely different about it.
On a different note, though, you’re running Khan and Wanted Black while being in college ie. an environment populated with young people that are away from home for the first time and lots of them are looking to experiment sexually. And your girlfriend is not at the same school (not that it would have made a difference). I just hope you’ll have enough time left to study!
Keep running subs, being consitisistent, moving through recon etc. You’ll be kicking ass in no time.
You went from a small pond to a big pond. Give yourself a little time to adapt. Also, the subs you’re playing emphasize mastery of social and interpersonal dynamics.
Now that you’re at college, those programs have a lot more material to work with.
On the positive side, as your system adjusts, you’re going to have some pretty cool experiences.
This is your journey. It’s precious, and it’s yours.
Choose to enjoy the ride.
I appreciate all of y’all for the help, i’m taking it to heart. Going out tonight so let’s see what happens.
Ya I saw a youtube video which talked about confirmation being a very important part of changing your state.
