Do i use the AC once a week on my rest day and can I use it on all my rest days?

Once a week, on its own or after stack (if you have subs on that day)

The recommendation is once weekly after your regular stack. Rest days are for zero subliminal input.

Yes, just make sure to use it once a week

Also don’t use it on washouts.

You can ONLY use it once a week. Not all your rest days.

I used it on a washout on day 1 would it mess up my stack? If I re-do the washout again but for 7 days? Instead of 5?
