That one is not a question about quick results. I read about some people here just giving the sub one loop and after that they judge if it is good or not good. But I also read about people who said “the real results kicked in when I ran the same stack the second cycle”. There is no right or wrong here, just share your experiences, when did you really feel results kicking in? What was your favorite time with your stack?
For me I tend to notice you need to allow the processing to be made, the first loop you do will push you into a direction. Other loops will keep pushing you, but if you get overloaded with other loops, results will stop.
It’s important to keep the “overloading” under control.
Jup @GoldenTiger is correct. In fact, after some experimentation I noticed I’m far better listening more often with less duration.
So much better results doing 3 or 5 mins several times a week as compared to 15 min once a week.
I’d just keep the consistent listening and by the weeks you can listen more until you can do the full 15 min without unbearable recon.
First loop of a ZP title is noticeable for me. ZP results tend to be more noticeable in a second ZP cycle.
I think it depends on the stack and titles. Ascended Mogul ZP & Renaissance Man ZP (2 title stack) worked fairly fast for me I think after a week or 10 days. I do full 15 minute loops with low volume at 3 listening days per week.
Usually, I get my results immediately but they’re acute and short-lived. Real transformation kicks in later on, around 3-4 weeks into the title. Usually. There are also a lot of changes that happen without noticing them but only after do I get aware of how much I’ve changed.
On ZP I get my results 1 or 2 weeks out, especially during a washout. I do have some acute effects at the time of running them, and pending recon, may feel self effects strongly. But a week or so washout and everything starts clicking, manifestations start happening like crazy etc.
ZP is kind of ‘dreamy to me’ things runs smoothly and recon doesn’t ‘feel’ as strong but I can tell I’m processing and moving through a lot when running it. It’s rarely a peak performance enhancer at the time of running it, but it raises my baseline to the point where my baseline is higher than my peak performance before.
It honestly depends on the sub. Muay Thai Mastery X took about a cycle before I felt the effects as did Stage 1 of QL, but Stark and Paragon had instantaneous results. Really just depends on the sub’s goals and to what degree it meshes with you.
It depends for me, some a week or so (Chosen) and some after a cycle or two becomes obvious (Khan).
Some subs give me a quick glimpse of the aura it projects basing on my day to day interactions. Chosen has good external effect (most people being nicer and respectful than usual), while Primal on the other hand is pretty quick with the self-effects. Swagger, not overthinking, nonchalance etc.
For me its highly dependant on how well the sub fits with my natural personality. (Note, this doesnt mean how alligned i already was beforehand, more how easily these traits can be combined with how i naturally am). For instance, while im pretty far from the primal archetype, the nonchalance and confidence was very easily combined with how outgoing i often already am, especcially considering my values are very similair to what primal is all about.(freedom, having fun, letting go, etc). Because of this i got very quick results, especcially internally.
Meanwhile ascension took like 2 cycles before i started getting really obvious results. It took quite a bit of work to built that inner power as parts of my natural behaviour is very much opposed to ascensions goals, nor are its goals that similair to my personal values. Because of this it took quite a bit more reconciling to get to the point of satisfactory results.
Often the first cycle, it is like Boum ! Then the 2cycle not so much effects so I washout for few days and then the next cycle looks like the first one. The washout is really a key
That’s interesting point of view. It’s kinda the same as a muscle growth. Some people do very good with high intensity and low volume like a bro split (1x 15min ZP) and others do way better with never going to failure and high volume (3-5min multiple times). I think that’s why it’s so difficult to give a official recommendation on how many times and loops you can listen to. Because people are so different in how they perceive and process the information. Maybe a good idea to open a threat special for this kind of topic so people can try out different listening patterns (If there is not already one).
