Haha yes. And yes to running LE along with a healing title or custom.

On another topic, I followed up on Dr Robert Morse and am doing his fruits, berries and melons diet for a week now. Boring but am losing weight. Lets see if it helps with the eyes. Am having blueberries too.

Yes there was a video with a person who wrote in and had the same eye issue as mine. And he explained what parts of the body was affected which leads to this problem. Including lymphatic system, kidneys, adrenal and whole host of things lol.

He adviced the diet for a month to see any difference so that’s what am gonna try to do.

Will do. Thanks for the recommendation, my friend. I must admit I am not sure how long I will continue this diet but will try my best.

if u decide to break it i have more to talk about. like the mucusless diet healing system in the way prof spira talks about it. i like referencing Dr morse cus hes got the solid science but prof spira talk more about wat works for a long term lifestyle.which effectively does the same thing but much much much slower
Feel free to message me about if/whenever u want

I was wondering if you were actually going to look into it. Makes logical sense and I’m really glad to hear you giving it a try bro!

Edit: I didn’t realize subliminaluser1 recommended it also. Finally, another person who knows about Dr. Morse. I thought you finally looked into it after my comment in your old journal months ago, my bad.

@Geoff - am glad you commented since I was trying to remember whether someone else recommended it to me before since the name sounded familiar. Thanks, bro

This rings true to me.

Feel free to ignore my questions if this is not the right moment for them. (Just because someone asks you a decent question, it doesn’t mean that now is the best time for you to be focusing on that question.)

What, in your current understanding, does the easy way method involve?

What will you need to do to implement this method over the next few weeks/months?

i’m still figuring it out. i read through the easypeasy method and i want to read all the other books allen carr made for different things.

its about contemplating and internalizing it into personal truths not just intellectually understanding.

Im still dont understand how in allen carrs work he says quit without willpower. idk how u can do it without willpower. but as i change the way i perceive things it gets easier. every day i contemplate a point or a few points and i unravel more and more.

You quit without willpower by becoming a non(whatever) at the identity level.

Willpower implies needing to be “strong enough” to resist the urge to (whatever) long enough that you can resist the urge forever. But that would, at best, make a habit out of successfully resisting urges indefinitely.

Much easier to become a non(whatever). Urges don’t even exist for such people.

thats my goal. go beyond it not fight with it indefinitely. thats my current focus and why im using healing subs rn/first.

do u have any recommendations on how to become a non(whatever)?

Hypnosis.

I’m biased on this, as I’m a hypnotist/hypnotherapist. But hypnosis is the fastest way I know of.

A typical nonsmoker session is booked at an hour, but the actual hypnosis part clocks in at 15-20 minutes. The time before the hypnosis is into gathering.

Finding out just enough info I can use to instruct the subconscious to make the changes for (client).
