I find it to be about the same for all of them. I get super quick results with HoT.

I don’t get as much recon with this schedule. I only do full loops.

I use intuition and listen to 2 titles every 2-3 days.

I alternate between periods of listening to 3-5 minutes and only listening to 30-60s of a title. Some weeks I listen to 3-5 mins for a while, other weeks I listen to 30-60s just because I’m in a really high state and want to just maintain it.

Regular old stuff. 1-3 titles, full loops, following the pattern outlined in the guide.

For artisan titles, I tend to do 1 day on, 2 days off with full loops.

I do full loops followed by a days break on some days i might take 2 days break.

I have tried micro looping in the past never worked for me.

Regular Joe here, regular schedule, dedicated stack, long commitment.

Day 1: TitleA, TitleB
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: TitleC
Day 4: Rest
:repeat_one: (21 days, 5 day washout)

Each cycle I increase the duration by 1 minute. Just finished 5th cycle, next cycle is 6 minutes.

3 subs in one day. 3-10min, will vary from time to time. Ideally I split them up so I do one sub in morning, one at lunch and one in evening.

Rest 2-3 days, listen again - Repeat.

My experience has been that the amount of listens to a sub within a cycle, matters more than the time spent. Therefore I’d rather do 5min 2times/week, than 15min once a week.

Mine is normal but with less listening days.
I’m very easily struck with overexposure if i use the normal 21 on 5 off.

So i’ve been going back and forth between these:
9 on 4 off
11 on 4/5 off
13 on 5 off

Lower numbers with zero overexposure symptoms.

Yes.

Like maybe I’ll listen Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday,

No exact rhythm but I just decide I need one day’s rest, or two. Sometimes zero, even, but that’s rare
