Quick question will reading the copy while listening to the sub be of any help.
@SaintSovereign or any experienced users, I know we can do almost anything while listenibg but what activities would you recommend doing while listening to reinforce the message or even to anchor the sub to taking some action?

Body and mind relaxation.
I just sit still and sometimes close my eyes(but alert, not nodding off).
I don’t read the subs WHILE I listen to them.
But I do have a pen and paper version of each of them - rewritten to suit me better for revisions.
And I regularly review the copy and ask myself what my goals are, and which objectives I should take action on in order to achieve them.
For example with C&C today I mapped out my social network visually.
Another day, perhaps I’ll do a deep dive into taxes
Whatever you were already doing. Don’t overthink it.

The fact that you’re thinking of this question suggests (in my subjective opinion), that you’d benefit from intentionally not concerning yourself with what you do while playing subs.
You may be looking for a kind of insurance. A ritual that makes you feel confident that, ‘okay. now, it has to work.’
Nothing wrong with that, per se. But it’s probably better to be free of such things, if you have a choice.
A preferable question:
‘What should I do after I’ve listened to subliminals?’
That one’s easy:
Forget all about them
Have fun working like hell for what you want
It’s the detachment paradox. the less concerned you are with results, the easier they are to manifest.
