What to do when you hit recon

Sorry I’m sure this has been answered before, but to be clear, when you start at 30 seconds and increase until you hit recon, do you stay there until the recon stops? @AnswerGroup

Drop back below that time. Run there for a while.
And slowly try the higher time to see if/when the recon is gone.

Reconciliation is the best opportunity to override the old patterns with the new ones by taking action (sometimes introspection is enough) that negates the old and confirms the new. Upon successful reconciliation all those unpleasant symptoms dissipate and the integration begins.

Look for those old patterns that got triggered and actively work on aiding the reconciliation.

It’s an individual matter that depends on how you want to work with your subs. Certainly, it’s not only about adjusting the exposure.

Personally, I push through if the recon is not too much too handle. Some recon can be “devastating”, meaning that it’s too intense to rebel against the old patterns psychologically and to negate them by taking proper action (that negates the old patterns and confirms the new ones). In that case adjusting the exposure is essential.

First, it’s about how hard the recon is hitting. Is it just a mild inconvenience? Then why change anything.
Or is it effecting you hard like heavy headache, feelings of overwhelming dread and fear? Then I’d reduce.

For Sub.Zeros recommendation, imo it highly depends if you can see the old adaption pattern.
If not, it’s hard to rebel against them.

For sure guys, I’d say it’s mildly inconvenient, just anger/irritability, but I can still work and do what I need to do. Hmm I guess I’ll stay at 4, and reduce back next listening if it becomes too overwhelming. Btw it’s with a custom, not a major title.

Go somewhere private where no one can hear you and scream it all out. Scream whatever you’re feeling. Just be careful, the voice is a delicate instrument.

Feels good, energy needs to move, and our world isn’t really very welcoming of people expressing intense emotions in public lol.
