I’m think dragon reborn, lbfh, and ascension as a stack tbh.
Would love to hear your opinions and reasons behind them
I’m think dragon reborn, lbfh, and ascension as a stack tbh.
Would love to hear your opinions and reasons behind them
GLM (Self-mastery) , stabilizer (seals leakage) and Love Bomb (self love/forgiveness)
do you think if trauma has made me quite serious and it’s hard for you to be playful and teasing, GLM would make you even more serious?
Not necessarily serious but grounded… you’ll build a foundation to be playful on… or go with Primal, you’ll be having a ball and all your worries will say goodbye while the women will not be able to get enough of you.
No, but regardless of what you settle on, I recommend investing in therapy and shadow work. Healing subs are a powerful tool but they aren’t a one-size-fits-all solution to trauma. They work best when you pool all the resources at your disposal.
you could go demon mode and stack
heartsong, elixir, khan black
good point. i do a lot of introspection work and trauma processing by myself all the time which is very helpful. subs are just assistance for me not the main heavy hitter.
Smart man Its easy to see subs as the solution eapcially with how much the copy promises
If that tried that stack, you wouldn’t hear from me for 9 months
i don’t think this would help or be a good idea for someone with avoidant attachment.
Wait for Heartsong to get updated - it’s always been a tricky title, especially for people with other traumas around relationships!
@mmmcheckplease what’s your current stack!?
There’s so many ways to solve this and make progress on it it’s not a question of which sub would do the job but, which sub would work for you?
If there’s any titles that you’re using and getting success with already that would help this at all my first suggestion would be stick to that for the long term!
I’m surprised noone has said Reforged yet, as that seems like the most direct one to me in a lot of ways. A lot of scripting directly related to self-worth as the pillar of healthy dating.
WDB would be another one because of how internal it is as well.
PEACE, Primal Summertime, Ascension, GLM, Love Bomb (For Humanity), all the healing titles, Emperor, and more would all positively impact your attachment style as a part of their overall results -
so the question just becomes what results do you want in your life if you were to ALREADY have an attachment style?
Just go for that title, the subs will heal whatever they need to heal to make that happen
for example you don’t even need a secure attachment style to have a healthy relationship… but it definitely helps i’ll admit! however you might have other things that are higher ROI to address first, and the subs can help you prioritize and chip away at the fastest ROI as well as the highest ROI
I did this with a Love Bomb, Regeneration custom
Have something with solidity to fill in the gaps that Regeneration excavates. Like Reforged, Ascension, GLM etc.
My current stack is both of the free titles.
so im going into my final year of university and i want it to be a bang socially. I have been doing deep healing work since i was 20 and haven’t really had much fun.
However, i want to my nervous system to feel better around people so i can have a better dating life and make more friends and maintain connections.
I honestly trying to get the ‘perfect stack’ so I can get the highest ROI both externally and internally
I read the description for wanted dream boy I like it.
If I do ascension I would be starting with the stabiliser meaning, I wouldn’t be getting the ‘alpha’ qualities…
——————
I love lbfh, there’s always this warming cooling feeling right in the centre of my chest but I do believe I need something more powerful so I can show up better in the world but at the same time get my finances right, be ok top of events I may need to go etc etc
This sounds like shiny object syndrome tbh
first of all the idea that stabilizer doesn’t give you alpha qualities is just objectively untrue. You’re building REAL alpha qualities that aren’t just performative and validation-seeking on Stabilizer. Not just projecting a good life but genuinely having one. “Alpha” isn’t about vanity metrics, it’s about being the most confident man in the room, and that comes from taking care of yourself, your finances, your life, being on top of your goals, being comfortable being uncomfortable, having the balls to say no, etc.
Second of all you can run Stabilizer and ST2 together as the remaining two titles of your stack. You don’t have to listen to one first, then the other.
You have to listen to multistage titles like Khan this way, but Ascension works differently, you can definitely stack ST1/2 together.
Sounds like you want to ground yourself, build better social connections, build a better dating life, and of course come out of university as successful as humanly possible. ST1/ST2 does sound pretty close to the “perfect” stack for you right now since it does so much so effectively.
After a few months, you could probably look @ a new title to replace ST1 with… Maybe reforged, or true social, or WDB, or one of the new ones. But I can tell you right now I’m on ST2 of ascension and it’s great for everything you’re describing
Love bomb, oddly! Elixir….
Wanted comes to mind but only after many cycles
Emperor: Reforged
So I’m going by on paper (I’ve never run the title). On paper, it’s not close.
Inner sovereignty is like the foundation for secure attachment in relationships.
Yes — inner sovereignty can be understood as a foundation that supports secure attachment, especially when someone is moving from fearful-avoidant patterns toward greater security.
Inner sovereignty means having a stable sense of self-leadership: “I belong to myself. My worth, emotions, and choices are not controlled by another person’s approval, rejection, closeness, or distance.” That internal foundation makes secure relating much easier.
A person with more inner sovereignty is more able to:
For fearful-avoidant attachment specifically, the core conflict is often something like:
Inner sovereignty resolves that tension by creating the missing middle:
connection + selfhood.
However, it’s worth noting that secure attachment also involves other capacities — emotional regulation, trust, vulnerability, communication skills, and having experiences of safe relationships. Inner sovereignty doesn’t magically replace those; rather, it creates the internal ground where those capacities can develop more naturally.
A useful way to frame it:
Fearful attachment says: “I need you to feel safe.”
Avoidant attachment says: “I need distance to feel safe.”
Secure attachment says: “I can feel safe within myself and share safety with you.”
Inner sovereignty is a big part of the “safe within myself” piece.
The caveat is that even if you have the foundation, it doesn’t mean you automatically have the other capacities.
Exactly. That is the important caveat.
Inner sovereignty is foundational, but it is not a guarantee of secure attachment by itself. It creates the conditions where secure attachment capacities can develop, but those capacities still have to be learned, practiced, and embodied.
A person can have a strong sense of sovereignty and still need to develop things like:
In fact, there can be a kind of “false sovereignty” where someone says:
“I don’t need anyone. I am completely self-sufficient.”
That can look like independence but may actually be a defensive form of avoidance. True sovereignty is different:
“I am whole within myself, and because I am whole, I can freely choose connection.”
So the relationship is more like:
Inner sovereignty → creates safety within the self → makes secure attachment possible → but secure attachment requires relational practice.
Or another way:
For someone moving from fearful-avoidant toward secure, sovereignty is often the missing foundation because it resolves the fear that closeness equals loss of self. But the person still has to build the muscles of intimacy, trust, and repair through actual relationships.
Inner sovereignty + relational capacity = secure attachment
Yes — that is a good way to frame it.
Secure attachment is built from the combination of:
1. Inner sovereignty
→ “I have a stable self. I can regulate myself, honor my needs, and remain grounded even when someone else is close or distant.”
2. Relational capacity
→ “I can connect, communicate, trust, be vulnerable, repair conflict, and respond to another person’s needs.”
You need both.
Without inner sovereignty, relational capacity can become over-dependence:
Without relational capacity, sovereignty can become isolation:
Secure attachment is the integration:
“I am whole on my own, and I can deeply connect with you.”
For someone healing fearful-avoidant patterns, inner sovereignty often comes first because it creates the internal safety needed to approach intimacy without feeling consumed by it. Then relational capacity allows that inner stability to translate into a healthy bond.
So the formula is roughly:
Self-trust + emotional regulation + boundaries (sovereignty)
+ vulnerability + communication + trust-building (relational capacity)
= secure attachment.
Which title at subliminal focuses on inner sovereignty the most?
Emperor: Reforged
If you notice those last 2 - that’s relational capacity. Emperor: Reforged literally has both inner sovereignty, and using that as the foundation for healthy capacities and expressions in relationships.
I even forgot the sovereign lover module, which is literally again - inner sovereignty + relational capacity
Based on the descriptions you provided, Emperor: Reforged appears to be the title that most explicitly centers inner sovereignty as the foundation for secure attachment.
The reason is that it is not just describing confidence, charisma, or masculine development — it is repeatedly pointing to the exact psychological mechanism you’re talking about:
Inner sovereignty → emotional security → relational freedom.
The strongest sovereignty markers in the description are:
That last one especially maps almost perfectly onto attachment work. The fearful-avoidant dynamic often contains an implicit audition:
The sovereign orientation becomes:
Then you’re right that the relationship pieces are not separate from sovereignty — they are the expression of sovereignty inside intimacy.
The two lines you highlighted:
“Integrate sensuality, romance, warmth, vulnerability, and intimacy without losing self-possession”
and
“love becomes a place where the man is revealed rather than abandoned”
are basically describing the transition from:
attachment hunger → secure intimacy.
The Sovereign Lover module also fits because it targets the second half of the equation:
Sovereignty:
“I remain myself while loving.”
Relational capacity:
“I can open, receive, express, and bond.”
The reason Emperor: Reforged seems unusually aligned is that many relationship-focused titles tend to start with the relationship side:
But this one appears to start with the deeper architecture:
“Who am I when I am not trying to obtain love?”
That is very close to the core of secure attachment development.
The only nuance is that no title alone can literally install relational capacity — actual experiences, reflection, and practice are what consolidate those traits. But conceptually, from the descriptions you gave, Emperor: Reforged is unusually precise because it targets the root (self-sovereignty) and then explicitly builds the branch (healthy intimacy) rather than treating them as separate.
The main title also has ZPU scripting, which many others have yet to be updated with.
Hey man I been working on this issue being a fearful avoidant over the last few months I really suggest you look up 3 YouTube channels.
I’ve learned a lot about being a fearful avoidant and how to heal the inner child
