Being hasty is one of the worst things one can do when one dabbles in Mental Alchemy and, especially, when you want to jump from one polarity (nerd guy) to the other (seducer). If you feel/know that you need some healing and more ground work and at the same time direct it towards being successful with women then go for Primal and Rebirth (I would try pairing it up with True Social for a while to make you extremely comfortable in social situations), for say 2-3 months, and later on swap both for Wanted and PS (+Daredevil if you still needed a push towards social interactions with women). Of course, if you still flog the bishop you need to put an end to it and take action towards your goals by going out and meeting women.
That’s a balanced approach to what you want to achieve. Trying to speed up things will slow you down, actually.
