What sub for deep postural and fascial realignment?

Hi!
What sub will help me to get realignment of the deepest parts of my bodysystem?
I am talking about a relaxed tongue, relaxed jaw, the small muscles around the neck, all the fascia…that what is normally called “energy system” in spiritual senses? Alll the stuff that years of yoga couldnt crack, because strecthcing stuff thats frozen…doesnt really help…

Is this a case for a run of alchemist? New KB, especially 1+2? I ran DR:R for like 2 month March+Apr and it didnt crack that. Maybe it would now though…
Any ideas?

Look into Hero Earth (or another physical shifting sub), and couple it with a physical modality that targets the fascia.

In my experience, coupling the energetic practices alongside the direct physical practices produces the best results since they’re integrated systems, not separate.
