What order should I use?

If I want to listen to, say, Dreams and Regeneration, how should I order the stack? I gather that Ascension Chamber should be added last.

It’s been posted that Regen AFTER a sub helps focus Regen on the stuff before. So if you do all 3, I’d do:

Dreams
Regen
Ascension Chamber (because the official rec was to put Ascension Chamber after a stack regardless)

I usually do this. Sunday night if I use Ascension Chamber.

After the subliminals if I have a stack. If I don’t have a stack playing that day, I run it by itself.
