Primal would be a good start.
Or if you need a more well rounded journey.
Genesis → Primal.

IMO Emperor is the true foundation subliminal for dudes. Kinda just does everything. Won’t do everything to max power, but it’ll get it all done, and your growth across all areas is pretty much guaranteed.
Emperor is awesome. It can be tough as well depending on your growth level.
Don’t sleep on Emperor Daddy. If you want some Khan Black vitality boost in there and are less concerned about the focus on finances, Emp Daddy is very good for finding yourself.
Also, Alchemist combined with a self-examination type of practice!
Probably it’s tendency toward introversion, huh?
Genesis and Khan.
Khan because it’s stated in the sales copy about fulfilling your potential. What signifies your true self more than your potential?
I would also add in DRR & LB at some point
Nah I’m super introverted but I’m also extroverted when out
I just don’t vibe with the seriousness of it
Your true self isn’t lost—it’s buried beneath the lies you tell to fit in; no subliminal will save you until you dare to confront them.
Burn in your own truth.
So - let’s start now: What truth do you fear so deeply that you’ve built your life to avoid it?
Bro don’t listen to anyone here, listen only tome because I know best.
Use Primal to become your authentic self, use Dragon Reborn Red to become your true true authentic self.
Primal, Khan (if you want something a bit more hardcore), LB.
Interesting the amount of Primal comments here. I’ve never ran it. Intriguing…
Running the OG version of Dragon Reborn helped me understand that a major portion of my anxiety and depression over the years has been because I forced myself to be an extrovert , do things , and be social out of feeling that I was obligated to, fear , and other things. I made myself miserable trying to be something I wasn’t. I didn’t have the emotional maturity , confidence, or self awareness to understand I didn’t have to live a certain way if I didn’t want to. That it’s OK to do your own thing and that if people don’t like it they can go fuck themselves.
OG Genesis + Genesis: Art of Happiness for several cycles to really build a solid foundation (especially the purpose & courage scripts which is essential for everything in life) which is going to help withstand the most transformative & fast title you can run at this point in SC: Khan.
I mean, you will need a lot of courage to play with TB while keeping a sense of purpose (to not fall off the bandwagon) and that’s why Genesis is your best bet to start properly. Also learning to be happy without relying on external circumstances (AoH) is one of the main drivers of self-reliance and self-love which are so foundational too.
I’ve run Primal too but I think you would reap its real benefits after you cleared out the path from the inner garbage.
So Gen+AoH (more than 3 cycles) - - > Khan ST1 (more than 3 cycles) - - - > Keep going with Khan or Primal or even New Emperor (you can choose whichever archetype you want)
Love Bomb.
I think there are a number that could do so.
You answered the question “What outcome do I want?”
I think another question is “What process do I want to actualize that outcome?”
That’s a bold assertion.
Alchemist was a good response, surprised only one person mentioned it.
But the other set no-one’s mentioned that is a clear winner is the Revelation / Unfolding Series. Especially RoS, whose tagline includes: Discover Truths of Your Reality. A few relevant quotes:
“The Unfolding” Subliminal Experience Series:
Within the mind, body and spirit lies the solution to a sacred mystery. Through the unfolding of the self, you will realize that you are both the solution and the mystery.
At the heart of RoS lies the goal of fostering a profound sense of self-awareness and insight into the self.
This process of shedding limitations and embracing your true self is a deeply transformative experience, one that can open up new avenues of understanding and connection with the world around you. It’s a journey of self-discovery that goes beyond mere self-improvement and leads to a profound sense of purpose and fulfillment.
So there you go. Copy even mentioned embracing your true self.
Edit: also Google search “true self” site:subliminalclub.com, you’ll get a list of all subs that mention the true self in different contexts. Interestingly enough Wanted Black is one of them.
Khan is really that transformative?
@James Yes, if it’s aligned with your objectives. Not an easy ride but every transformation is a challenging time for the old Self, especially TB.
Thanks for the answers, now I have something to think about)
