well… it depends on what your true self is, right?
All subliminals have components that connect you to your subconscious, so, no matter what you run, the truth will reveal itself.
Some are more direct at this than other.
Sometimes you need to heal blockages to your true self, other times you need to stop being afraid of your true self and go after it.
DRR is certainly an example of the more direct route. I wouldn’t necessarily say longer or harder. Going more direct feels tougher, but it’s oftentimes faster, just stings a little more. @Viktor is having an INCREDIBLY easy time onn DRR1, however, and that could be a great base.
If Primal is your true self, and you’re worried about social anxiety, then it could help.
More Generally, i think Genesis and Emperor are the two best “all rounders” at this. You use the word resilient, which is firmly in “Emperor” territory and has been the “foundational” sublimnal here for years, and for good reason.

Every sub resonates in some ways, however some do so more than others.
For Example. I can’t stand emperor but I am incredible on Stark.
Some Subs suit your natural personality more.
What you think is your natural personality may be the complete opposite of it.
I thought I was more emperor but im really a stark at heart.

IMO Emperor is the true foundation subliminal for dudes. Kinda just does everything. Won’t do everything to max power, but it’ll get it all done, and your growth across all areas is pretty much guaranteed.

Don’t sleep on Emperor Daddy. If you want some Khan Black vitality boost in there and are less concerned about the focus on finances, Emp Daddy is very good for finding yourself.

Running the OG version of Dragon Reborn helped me understand that a major portion of my anxiety and depression over the years has been because I forced myself to be an extrovert , do things , and be social out of feeling that I was obligated to, fear , and other things. I made myself miserable trying to be something I wasn’t. I didn’t have the emotional maturity , confidence, or self awareness to understand I didn’t have to live a certain way if I didn’t want to. That it’s OK to do your own thing and that if people don’t like it they can go fuck themselves.

OG Genesis + Genesis: Art of Happiness for several cycles to really build a solid foundation (especially the purpose & courage scripts which is essential for everything in life) which is going to help withstand the most transformative & fast title you can run at this point in SC: Khan.
I mean, you will need a lot of courage to play with TB while keeping a sense of purpose (to not fall off the bandwagon) and that’s why Genesis is your best bet to start properly.
