Also if it has 20 modules at what point will it have covered every module?

What do you mean optimal time? Are you referring to when you should listen to the title or how long? With ZPT, shorter is better. 1 minute. At 20 modules, however, you might should do 3 minutes just in case. ZPT is very powerful, could cause recon.

Also for starters run ZPT customs once a week. Twice a week is standard I believe (compared to once a week for ZPT2 customs).

Are you referring to Zero Point Terminus, or Zero Point v2 – the new standard? ZPT is an upsell on the Q store, it’s highly experimental. I’d do once per week to start. ZP v2 follows the same guidelines as Zero Point.
