Would recommend this one from Udemy.

Iām sure BLU could help you increase the speed too.
QLQ increases my reading speedā¦but st3 seems really tenseā¦it gave me ups and downs reconciliation a lot ā¦however st4 is pretty soomth ā¦I pair it with BLU and RU ļ¼alternating between ļ¼ it gives me really nice synergetic effectā¦improving my learning and cognitive abilities in generalā¦
