What is meant by loops?

Sorry for the dumb question but what is meant by loops?
I’ve read the instruction ebook, it’s good at explaining things but does not say what a loop is

One loop is one track of a subliminal program which usually lasts one hour. So you played a track for one hour and, therefore, you do one loop.

yup.

they’re called loops because of the tendency to play them on repeat.

In music, when a sound is repeated over and over again, the expression is that the sound has been ‘looped’.

Ha! Love it… I used to have a track like that, except it wasn’t app-controlled of course… I know it was just a fun example, but that memory made me smile. :smiley:

Same here. :grinning:

Due to my age/era, I had the kind that plugged into the wall, and where the front of each car had a pin that fit into a slot that guided it around the track. Used to love and break that thing in equal measure.

Yep, and a trigger handle thing on a curly wire… squeeze the trigger to make the car go faster. Too fast and it flies off the track in the corners! :nerd_face:

No not started a journal, I know it’s advisable to do one but I’ve never been one to write stuff down.
