Can some one explain the concept of loops when playing the subliminals , please because I think some people take 1 loop as in playing it twice .

that is two loops.
A loop is simply listening to a subliminal, in it’s entirety, one time.
So in the case of all current major titles, 15 minutes.

A loop begins when you start a sub.
You can listen a full loop of 15 minutes, a shorter loop of anything from 1 minute up to 15 minutes, or a microloop which is under one minute.
Some use the word microloop also for short loops of 3-7 minutes, but IIRC support calls microloops only anything under 1 minute.
If you start a loop, pause it for more than 15 minutes and continue listening, that’s also considered 2 loops.
Those are people looking for reasons to play the track twice then pretend that they don’t know what a loop is.
A loop is one play one the same 15 minute track. To be make even more simple, a loop is when you press “Play” and let the track run until it stops. That’s a full loop. When you listen to a fraction of that, it is called a microloop.
