What realy helped you overcome Premature Ejaculation?

What was the best info/technique/exercise you found in your life?

I realy want to be like the wild animal I have inside for a long time in bed.

The sensual slow part of sex is no problem but the raw animalistic part is where I need greater control over my Ejaculation

There is a lot of good information online on this topic. But for simplicity I think it can be broken down into a few distinct components: awareness/intentionality, breath control, and muscle tone.

The muscle tone is the easiest thing for people to understand, and “fixing” this aspect of the problem is super simple: Kegel exercises, horse stance, etc. Strengthen the PC muscles (which has other benefits for things like bladder control).

Second level is the breath control (and awareness of muscle tension). If you gain any level of awareness of your body during sexual activity you’ll notice that as you get closer to orgasm, the breathing changes, moving from the regular rhythm to one that is more irregular, ragged, etc. You’ll also notice tensions that develop in specific muscle groups, such as the solar plexus, and if you keep an awareness in the area you can even feel a movement of a “something” down from the navel into the “organ”. Control those involuntary movements or consciously relax the tense parts and energy will circulate more rather than taking the straight path out.

Third level is the awareness, and I won’t go into that one here… thats one that should become self evident to anyone practicing mindfully.

For animalistic stuff, where you are less mindful or aware, obviously the Kegel exercises and other ways of strengthening the PC muscles are your best bet. For the more mindful sessions, look at the breath control and body awareness components.

And yeah, Diamond should be especially helpful :wink:

The sensual slow part is important, it helps you build up the momentum.

The rush will only ruin everything, too much alcohol and including drugs.

Healthy diet, exercise, a good sleep are the ingredient of a well-erect d*ck. And do a pelvic exercise.

Recommend plenty of stretching and relaxation of the pelvic floor, this is even more important than strengthening through kegels etc. as a tight pelvic floor is a big contributor to P.E.

Premature ejaculation is both a technique and an emotional issue.
Both issues stream from being out of synch with your body. The way to solve it is self awareness.

You gotta be aware of your breathing rhythm (depth and speed) that alone will give you control of not only the ejaculation, but your emotions and allow you to move your energy, which ultimately lets you ride comfortably the more animalistic parts of sex.
The more you are in your body, the more aware of what happens inside and the more control you have over it.

Do not breathe from your mouth, at first be sure to have your mouth closed and the tongue on the roof of your mouth, Im talking about the more animalistic parts as you said. This is just an aid to help you be more aware of your internal rhythm.

Sex Mastery and Diamond are both very useful for this.

There are many other factors in the way to learn to be able to control your ejaculation, but this one gives you the more bang for your buck :wink:

I had great success with just this - doing microcosmic orbit breathing for the whole duration of sex. Can go for as long as I want now, though it takes some practice

I’ve done it outside of sex just a few times, with months and years in between each time lol. Honestly don’t see the point in practicing it at any other times but I’m not into spirituality

Only could see benefits during sex but I assume that I could get the same effect by just not focusing on my dick

True but the additional benefit is that microcosmic orbit breathing is also key to non-ejaculatory orgasms, though you’d need to be able to practice with high levels of intensity to be able to push your limits that far.

My experience for overcoming PE would blow your guys mind, and it happened to me naturally as I was having sex with my GF.

It was Limitless, and yes you read that right.

The ability to breath deep into your ball, feel every sensations, and controling every breath as you take, making you balance out the fight/flight mode, the mode that causes you to ejaculate. And get into the whole body relaxing, the mode that keep you can having sex for as long as you want. Could see it as microcosmic as you circulate the sexual energy to your whole body.

I was applying the 4 seconds breathing rules, 4s in, 4s hold and 4s out. Keeping it nice and simple, breathing deep into your D, feel the sensation, then hold it for 4s, and release it along with all the tensions from the D, and every muscle you used to penetrate her, then repeat.

With this technique I was be able to having sex longer than normally, more than one hour and a half then decided to stop just because I want her to get home and get some sleep for her morning work at 7AM. Then she’s mad at me for not letting her orgasm lol.

It took sometime at first and after awhile you get used to it and start penetrating faster.

All of them just from the Body-Kinesthetic scripting which is insane side effect :rofl:

Possibly, I never really cared about NEO though. No matter how I look at it, abstinence from any orgasms seems to be the most beneficial
