What has been the best thing you studied about manifestation?

So this year I took a +100 hour self study in manifestation.

And the book Parallel universe of self was so good. Highly recommend.

What have been your biggest knowledge for actual manifestation. The secret don’t count

To drop force & the idea I don’t already have it cuz I don’t pick it up with my 5 senses.

If I’m scanning for signs it’s not here, how will that help anything?

Persistence is key in SATs following the formula.

Edit: knowing when I’m in the sabbath. Letting go and surrendering.

Also, truly knowing who I am and what my deepest most dominate beliefs are about myself and my world. In order to have success with manifesting, I’ve gotta know thy self and clean up my Mind of the weeds.

This is really cool my biggest insight was the metaphor of raising your arm.

If you want to raise your arm your arm is still still, Just have the intention to raise your arm and it goes up. And wanting creates tension and tightness and assumes you don’t already have it

This was also what my buddhist teacher said just have an intention. But before the book I did not fully understand it

I used to do this a lot back in the days and it’s interesting how life is like a circle because I’m coming back to things I did over 10 plus years ago I never thought I would be doing again. I know you said the secret doesn’t count but back in the days I used to listen to Esther hicks religiously. Literally right now I’m watching a video on YouTube on how to visualize. Ur subconscious mind can’t tell the difference with what’s real and what’s a image in ur mind. I’m trying to develop my visualization muscles to help with my manifestations. Interesting how you made a post about this exact topic as im searching up info on it lol
I have this book somewhere buried in my room but it was big in helping me dive into this topic

Earl Nightingale’s The Strangest Secret to Success made perfect sense to me. Thoughts, goals, actions + faith/persistence, and time = results in reality. He said persistence is just another word for faith because if you did not have faith you would not persist.

She was where it began for me …. In 2008 I was gifted various books during a dark night of the soul. I was trying to “meditate” and asking a higher power for help. The secret was one, law of attraction and some other books by Abraham Hicks, Taoism & A New Earth.

I started manifesting things really quickly but then I got lazy and drifted from conscious manifesting. Came back around in 2020 onward.

Neville Goddard has some helpful visualization exercises in various lectures.

One I enjoy doing is sitting on a chair with stuff behind me. Shutting my eyes and picturing the stuff behind me in front of me. Using as much sensory vividness.

I would also picture myself in front of my house and going into my house through my own eyes.

The ladder one is good too.

Participating rather than being the spectator in your imaginal activity.

Holding an orange, feeling its weight and peel texture, smelling it, tasting it & hearing the pealing.

Here’s my copy of that book from 1963.

I have read it but I don’t remember much from it.

Honestly ever since I’ve been reading up on human design things have been getting a lot smoother for me. I’ve tried in the past to visualize, act as if, gratitude, anything and everything under the sun and it just never worked. It felt like two magnets repelling each other and it was exhausting. When I started tuning into my sacral authority, learning to respond to every day things, what I like, what I don’t, what I feel like doing, resources coming into my life, etc it’s been like following breadcrumbs to moving to a life I can be happier with. And truthfully I always approached manifesting as this way to control or be in control. What I’m learning now is enjoying the experience of life and how it unfolds. Part of that might be Genesis lol. But ultimately I’m putting more faith in my own inner guidance to know what’s best for me.

that manifestation practices such as scripting and gratitude can be used whenever one is haunted by the unpleasant thoughts aka soothing the ego. Whenever I feel angry or frustrated because of anything , I can just redirect my focus to what I’m grateful for or the vision of future that makes me smile. Our brain cannot think of two things at once.

Wow is that the original cover ? You have the OG version ! I just messed up my room trying to find it and still no luck but when I do I’m going to post it. When I find it I definitely need to read it again. When I did it must have been in 2010 2011. My cover is definitely different then urs lol

Sounds sort of like pendulum testing …

I have sacral authority as well as a manifesting generator.

Esther hicks is great, I jsut meant the movie the secret.

One of the core things I have come to realize is the micro habits you have. If you buy the 1 eur cheaper coffee but you want the more expensive one you communicate to your mind you don’t have money.

LIke mega awareness of all thoughts patterns have made manifesting so effortless for me now. A long with just an intention.

To me feeling don’t actually seem to do much, As getting excited about getting something also subtly implies you don’t already have it.

This is becoming a super interesting thread though

I was also looking my for Esther hicks books I own a few upset I gave a friend a book and never asked back for it but I have a few of her audio books. I think it started with the secret for me then that opened the door for me finding Esther hicks, eckart tolle, opra a super soul Sunday show etc lol. I’ve heard of Neville Goddard name over the years and even in here but I never looked into his or hers work. Now that you brought them up I will look into their work this weekend. You said you drifted away from this subject and came back in 2020 what made you come back to it ?

gabby bernstein and marie forleo In 2010 to 2011 were big for me also

Definitely can’t be a double minded man.

Important to notice your reactions to everyday things.

Am I coming from a state of lack or a state of abundance?

Would a rich wealthy individual buy the more expensive coffee that they really want or settle for the cheaper coffee?

Would they go to the store worrying about the cost of groceries?

The biggest spiritual awakening of my life …. I had a lot of crazy things going on that made no logical sense …

I became a reiki practitioner and then all the past information came flooding in from deep within. It was an overwhelming but very powerful experience.

I recommend you check out this:

My homework for Saturday is to read that pdf and I will :muscle:. It’s crazy though how we drift from things and sometimes drift away for years but end up doing the things we did in the past again. Like law of attraction, visualizing etc were a huge part of my life once upon a time and now a decade later plus I’m coming back to those same old topics

It could be! I don’t even know where it came from, I just kept it because I thought it was a cool old book.

That was so cool, What was that experience like for you?

For me it was The Power of your subconscious mind as well.

My greatest manifestation was acing an exam.
I was still deep in my depression, almost no motivation, tons of fears because I failed the exam two times already because if my burnout and I knew if I mess it up again, I need to change university.
So I scripted it out, like a play, two days before the exam.
Then I played the script, imagined every little detail in my head, especially the emotions (feeling is the secret after all) at least once an hour.

The exam went exactly like I scripted it. 1,0 (best grade)

And yesterday i used the same technique for my Interview. I focused most on the outcome rather than the interview itself. And it worked out just as well.
And I only had like 2 hours before the interview when i remembered the technique.
