I have asked for an invoice, as i made the payment through my company card. The ticket was not answered and I need that for my papers.

Almost a month went by. My current cycle is nearing its end, and I’d like to order my name embedd soon.
I’d be even content if theyd simply tell me that they cant fulfill my request.

Ordered my name embedded customs on July 10th, and just saw that it was flagged and held. Based on the above, looks like ya’ll probably flagged it because I put them both in the same order.
