"What happened to my support ticket?"

I submitted a support ticket a couple of weeks ago, going on 3 weeks now (#20464), and it has yet to be answered.

I did see that @SaintSovereign says they’ll be taking a break over the holidays and if that extends to support, then disregard. I can wait if necessary. :slight_smile:

I ordered a custom but sent a support ticket related to it which is time sensitive. I realize business resumes on the 3rd but wanted to bring this ticket to your attention so hopefully request is not missed.

What if a person puts in a support ticket but then finds the answer themselves? Is there a way to address that in the support system so the staff doesn’t have to take the time to address it and can help others?

Yes. You can close the ticket if you don’t need an answer. There is a checkbox for it under your question and then click on the submit button. Something like that.

#21113 my newer ticket got responded too faster. I’m not sure if it’s something weird when you update an old ticket.

So I submitted a support ticket on 7th Jan, and still have no response. The ticket is not closed, so three days ago I sent another message within the same ticket to follow up, but have not heard back yet.

I’ve submitted a ticket on the 12th of jan regarding missing my custom Q sub file, and if they can send it back to me

But i havent got any response,

Is that normal? Should i close the ticket and then make a new one?
