Can the team hold off on Custom Order #2026454 for now until they see ticket #19565?
I put the order in on Monday, and I know it’s close to 5 business days, but order looks like it’s on hold, so I’m hoping work on it hasn’t started. There were some mistakes I made in my order besides the name — some modules also need to be changed.

@RVconsultant usually only pings staff if tickets go unanswered beyond the 3-5 business days timeframe to respond.

Yes, the support times have gone down due to multiple reasons: We are in the middle of release season 2, with most of @SaintSovereign and my time going directly to research and development, rather than being able to help the support team. There is an overwhelming number of Q orders and support tickets.
