"What happened to my support ticket?"

Not late, but want to make sure team working on my custom see my ticket before they start work on it.

2 days ago, I ordered my first customs. I put what I wanted to name the subliminal in the box for first name and opened ticket right after, ticket #19480, to correct error with Order #2026454.

If possible, would appreciate a quick turnaround :+1: @RVconsultant

Can the team hold off on Custom Order #2026454 for now until they see ticket #19565?

I put the order in on Monday, and I know it’s close to 5 business days, but order looks like it’s on hold, so I’m hoping work on it hasn’t started. There were some mistakes I made in my order besides the name — some modules also need to be changed.

@RVconsultant usually only pings staff if tickets go unanswered beyond the 3-5 business days timeframe to respond.

Its been more then 5 business days and have not recieved yet.

19522 It’s been 7 days . It don’t really matter if it take a bit longer I’m sure support get tons of tickets .

Just want to make sure it did not just get lost as I reopened my ticket .
