I see no new replays… over 2 weeks already.

Yes that’s correct. This is my only complaint the long response time

The tickets that you are expecting new replies, what are the support ticket numbers and dates you entered them?

I dont have the exact date but around 1 month ago it was submitted

I notified staff.

This is a good idea. Plus adding the date of the ticket because he asks for it when there is no written down.
