Using Sony wh-1000xm3. Noise reduction off / Ambient sound off
I am very satisfied with the headphone so far.

For ZP subliminals, the headphones don’t matter. Just get a decent pair above 10 USD and it will work.

I have Beats Flex (~$60 at Wal-Mart) and these ones called “Hearmuffs” which are actually made for kids, but I got them for $6.25 on sale at my local grocery store. Normally $25.

The Hearmuffs are basically bluetooth-enabled over-the-ear hearing protection. They don’t sound QUITE as good as the Beats Flex, but they do the job. I use one when charging the other.

Ultimas are the only ones where Headphone quality really mattered as much. And those are now “obsolete”.

One of the reasons for that list was to get the maximum benefits from using the Ultima format, which is now no longer sold.

I personally prefer to listen with wired studio quality flat response headphones. However as long as I get a set of head phones that are more than 30 USD, I think the quality should be good enough to get results.

For my own preference, I avoid anything that is wireless or with noise cancellation.

Also if you get speakers, make sure the frequency response goes up to 20,000 Hz (which is some times listed as 20 kHz) so if you listen to the ultrasonic version of your subliminal, it will be transmitted. I’ve been pleased with Logitech speakers.
