What do you experience during Sub Listening

Hi guys!
I am wondering what you guys experience during listening to the subliminal and how processing works for you.

What my experience is: I listen to the subs with intention and get myself in a calm, meditative state before. Withhin some seconds I experience my system becoming very calm, i feel energy flowing quite fast trough me. And i get into a feeling and mood that the corresponding subliminal is intended to create. With lovebomb, I feel my heart open with love. With Alchemist I feel awe, centeredness. Khan gets me into a mood of seriousness and strength. Wanted makes me super cool, relaxed and I feel like the trickster himself…having a devilish smile on my face.

When i listen to the subs with higher volume, i also get visuals…Khan Black 4 e.g. immediately starts the mocrocosmic orbit, without me doing anything conciously. Power can corrupt got me in contact with a darkness withhin my heart…a selfishness thats very pure…in the beginning scary, but after surrendering to that feeling, its wonderful.

I used to listen quite loud, but i learned that this gives me way to much recon. Nowadays i listen so i can barely hear the mask for 1-3 minutes.

Most of the time i feel relief directly after listening and I feel that feeling or modd of the sub…withhin some time this goes away and a headache or fatigue comes. I guess that is the processing. With my short loops it processes for id say 2-3 days. While that time i feel recon.

Can you feel the effect of the subs immediately? I read somewhere that some people can hear the script…is it actually the script or are those the questions the subconcious mind asks to integrate and manifest that feeling of beeingness the sub delievers?

Thanks for sharing :metal:

I have a very similar experience as you do. With Khan Black, my body begins to get hot, usually my heart center opens up and I start feeling deep, deep calming waves flowing through the body. I get the strong urge to either do my Qigong practice or something mentally or physically intense.

With Renaissance Man: Vibes, I start hearing music in my mind and listening to music becomes almost spiritual. I’ll use that “initial hit” to engage in some music therapy, listening to songs that relate to whatever I’m dealing with and I’ll experience releases of sadness, or joy or whatever.

As long as I don’t overexpose, I usually avoid headaches and fatigue unless it’s a title touching on a topic that I find triggering, like how cognitive enhancement used to feel.

I believe it’s the latter. The way Zero Point is built is designed to do just that – question and softly challenge beliefs and asks you to think and redefine how you feel about a particular topic. If you’re a visual-abstract thinker, like myself, what you’ll start experiencing is visual images in your imagination, or “image flashes” like @Malkuth and @Invictus have reported.

Those who think in the auditory (and this surprised me when I first learned about it – that not everyone “sees images” in their minds, some hear a flow of words), they can observe their reaction to the script, but sometimes it’ll be in the form of fears and projections rather than the script itself. In these situations, one can look at the objective list and see what they’re fighting against and consciously work through it.
