The one thing I can’t find the answer to, anywhere, is what to actually do (or not do) while listening? Should I just close my eyes and sit still, read a book or bake a cake?
Sit. Meditate on who you want to become. Imagine your ideal day as that person.
You can do pretty much anything you want while listening : reading, cooking, cleaning your house, working out, having sex (if you can manage to keep your headphones on), etc.
A few things are not recommended while listening to subs: driving, operating dangerous or heavy equipment/machinery. In addition to that I’ll add : stay away from performing brain surgery, flying an airplane or a space craft, underwater diving.
Or any type of activity that might be dangerous to you or someone else.
Those tracks are only 15 minutes long and you can only listen every other day. Why don’t you just sit on a couch for 15 minutes every other day and just do nothing other than listen to your sub?
does how you listen effect results? like meditation vs busy activity. or visualizing results while listening. there must be a optimum methodology to get the most out of it.
Visualize your goals and what kind of person can attain those goals “naturally” then struggle to become that person using the right mind programming and the right way of working with it.
I personally experience heavyness, tension and anxiety if I do something cognitively demanding at the same, or have 2-3 other things that demand my attention.
So I like to treat it like meditation as often as I can.
The sub is going to continue processing and integrating after your initial 15 minutes of exposure. So, sooner or later, it’s going to join you in all of your various activities.
No need to overly ritualize that initial exposure.
But there’s also nothing wrong with ritualizing the exposure.
Whatever makes you feel good, energized, receptive, enthusiastic is probably good.
One other interesting factlet:
Both neurogenesis and learning processes are enhanced by light, constant aerobic activity. People retain information somewhat better when they’re exposed to the stimulus while lightly exercising. Rowing machine, walking, exercise bike, dancing, whatever. But that basically comes back to the first point:
Whatever makes you feel good, energized, receptive, enthusiastic is probably good.
But honestly, it’s going to work either way.
Sensual** sex lol
(Re-)Con-Sensual Sex
That’s exactly what I was pondering.
I have used subliminals in the past (from other creators) and they will often recommend sitting still with eyes closed or even laying down when listening. Hence my curiosity about how best to use SubliminalClub subliminals.
Visualising while listening sounds like a really cool idea. I could imagine that it might even enhance the effect?
I must admit, I had not thought about having sex while listening
That’s cool. Taking a brisk walk while listening sounds amazing.
Yeah, all of a sudden you get anxious and your wood becomes jelly.
I usually listen while still in bed in the mornings before getting up. I do it since my brain’s not distracted yet with daily activities. I’ve had no problems doing this.
And I’ll agree with @Malkuth about physical activity helping subs. About 2-3 years back I was listening to an original release of Power Can Corrupt, and I’d listened only once before. This was back when one could play subs 24/7 without overexposure. I was looping it on my phone along with Ascension.
Power Can Corrupt has a lot of charisma, and I was taking a normal walk through my neighborhood. A mom, dad, and daughter were doing work on the outside of their house, and I looked shortly. But what I noticed was my desire to strut amped up. I walked by and returned the same route 20 minutes later.
This second time I passed they were looking at me, almost staring, and I hadn’t sought it out. I wasn’t giving much attention to my swag, but I realized it was showing rather obviously.
I just got back from a walk 30 minutes ago, and the whole time my mind was seeking out possibilities for my present sub focus (LBFH and Limit Destroyer). I listened yesterday.
I’d never heard of physical activity helping subs, but these experiences say it’s very, very possible.
Well, if you have to visualize then struggle to have the right mind programming and working hard to do things happen what’s the use of listening to subs.
I suggest meditating on the matter for a while and drawing your own conclusion.
