Here are a couple I like. Yggdrasil (result enhancer), Tyrant (result enhancer), Mosaic (result enhancer), Positive Being Attractor - Wealth, Unrelenting Wealth Motivation & Energy.

I had yggdrasil in my blueprint for my upcoming custom. Then I did some digging and realized it’s already embedded in the cores. Mosaic as well.
I replaced it with energetic development - curious about that one.

Currently I’m starting to appreciate Hegemon and King’s Radiance, as a stand in for Ethereal Presence.
As much as I’d like to make my customs as tight knit as possible, a custom that I’m deeming is for my long term use and development doesn’t feel as complete without most of these modules.
The rest of my other go-to modules depends on my vision for a more specialized custom.
For learning and productivity, I usually add:
The Streams
The Lines
Cognitive and I.Q booster
Machine: Action
I’ve had excellent results with these combo, with Chosen and Limitless Executive as its cores.
Other modules I like are:
Gratitude Embodiment
Inner Voice
Deep Sleep
Stress Displacement
Iron Frame

The module says what it does and it does it extremely well.
1 day and the rest is history.

Yes in QTKS.
I personally believe they are substantially beneficial.
Not to mention I don’t feel I’m ready for more advanced boosters like Void of Creation, so my go to is always Yggdrasil.
I seem to recall reading somewhere here in the forums where Saint, and Fire mentioned that nothing is truly redundant when it comes to customs. It simply reinforces it.
Personally my main customs always have that and if I could squeeze it in, I forgot to mention Omnidimensional.
The descriptions alone compels me to add them to my main custom, just to add a boost specially when I have several objectives in mind for the particular custom.
One of the excellent reviews that pushed me to try Omnidimensional was one made by Machina sometime ago.

What have you noticed in terms of results of Omnidimensional, vs Yggdrasil? any noticeable observations?

Bit of recon, so hopefully this is at least coherent.
In terms of results, I can’t say precisely. As I understood it, one opens up ways for manifestation and the other boosts the rate of the manifestation.
I suppose it depends on my vision of the custom.
If my aim for the custom is to find my way, in terms of wealth or career, or a solution to long standing issues, I’d go Yggdrasil first.
i.e. some great news from out of the blue, a solution, or some lucky encounter or event.
Not necessarily as dramatic as suddenly winning the lottery jackpot (which I’d still like, come on Yggdrasil) but suddenly finding an accessible gym, a book, a contact, a career opportunity etc.
Personally, I suppose I see Yggdrasil as an extension if not the very root to optimize modules such as Fortune’s Favorite, Cosmic Navigator, Subconscious Flow etc.

I add Omnidimensional usually in my secondary custom, which tends to be productivity, learning, with a bit of wealth in the mix to help with the career I’m aiming to pursue.
Basing on the description, ultimately there really isn’t one that I’d pick over the other.
Both are essential for my long term use case.
I add Yggdrasil first, as it’s one of my go to’s whenever I make my main custom, along with the others I mentioned.
In any case, whatever you pick, I’m sure it’s going to be great. Hope this helps.

Like @Apollo, I would vouch for Yggdrasil too.
Ever since Saint mentioned that it is his goto Result Enhancement module, I add it in many of my customs.
It even helped manifest an eye treatment for me closer to home when I put it in a physical healing custom. Before that I had to fly to another city for the same treatment. Now it is in the same city.
