Rest day today. Felt some recon for a large portion of the day. Noticeable but I was able to overcome it with some yoga from the Yoga With Adriene MOVE program Day 5. There was a meditation part too.
My online work is a little bit more busy. The area I am in is locked down once again. Mathnasium operations are all online. There is a lot of students and staff to manage but I am used to it.

Taking another unplanned rest day.
I tried to fall asleep early to prepare for this morningās work shift. It turned out that I had issues falling asleep. Still did well this morning at work.
It would best to not run subs today with a lack of sleep. This reminds me to consider going back to a 3 listening days per week schedule. Something like this when I ran QV2.

Rest day today.
Yesterday was RICH + CHOSEN ZP day. These two loops felt more noticeable and stronger for some reason. I am wondering if there some effect where the more you listen the stronger it is. Like some sort of DEUS custom module effect. (I do not have DEUS in my QV2 custom, just speculating)
Felt sort of brain activity after the 2 ZP loops in the morning. Not recon nor a headache. It went away mostly after my evening Gentle/Yin Yoga with a meditation section. I think I see why the guidelines does not have 3 ZP loops in a listening day. If I did 3 ZP loops, I would most likely get recon. If I did no rest days, recon would be likely too. Yoga as an additional recon reduction strategy at least for me.
I was watching some short highlight videos of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). SONY into the car market, humanoid robot, robo dog, and metaverse stuff. Metaverse is coming to the public and the crypto space it seems.
Stark ZP is out. I have Stark in the custom but not the title from the main shop.
The plan I had in mind was to drop the custom and do Ascended Mogul + RICH in ZP. I could do Stark + RICH ZP. Hmm. Probably better to wait for the updated list of objectives in the ZP titles.

The list of objectives for EmperorZP is out. It is a nice massive list. Very helpful.
I have to at least try EmperorZP after I finish the second 21 day cycle.

Day 45 of Qv2 Custom, RICH ZP & CHOSEN ZP.
Today is a rest day and Washout Day #1 out of 5 for me. The first ZP washout from Days 22 to 26 were okay for me. I do expect this second ZP washout to be smooth for me. Maybe even bloom results.
I almost forgot that I had the Index Gate module in my Custom. There was something that was nudging me to really get into web scraping with Python programming. I have been playing around with web scraping in Python.
After the 5 days washout, I am sure in switching into a 2 ZP titles stack. Which two? Will have to think hard about it.
Which two programs do you have in mind? Stark ZP worked well but Iām also biased and have only listened to one loop.
@JayFlex ZP Upgrades has made decision making more complex.
I do want to at least try Emperor ZP + RICH ZP or CHOSEN From Within + RICH ZP. One of these two stacks or both as I wait for Ascended Mogul ZP.
Stark ZP looks good too. It would work with RICH ZP. I have Stark Core in the Custom but not the main title. The idea for me was to test stuff I have before further purchases.

Washout day 3 of 5. This washout so far is nice. No recon. I feel normal.
I should check my pay stubs and bank account more often. After checking my account, I had received an amount that is double of my usual regular pay that happens every 2 weeks.
It turned out that I have received a 1000 CAD bonus from work. This bonus was from a few weeks ago. My workplace made it past its revenue targets for 2021 so a couple of us employees received a portion of the bonus. Manifestation from RICH Ultima or even RICH ZP and/or from the wealth custom. This is a nice surprise.

Washout day 5 of 5. This has been the easiest washout for me. No or little recon. The result I stated from Sunday might have been bloom from the first ZP washout or something haha.
I would have liked to reach the 6 month mark with the Qv2 Custom but 5 1/2 months is good. Developed a good foundation with the crypto space and investing for me. Long term hold results are pending. (Crypto market down is down still as I type this.)
The 3 title stack is a bit slow for me. Productivity and crypto researching was not as strong when running the Qv2 custom every 4 days versus doing 3 listening days per week. I am transitioning into a 2 ZP title stack & listening schedule.
I wonāt close this journal but I am going to do some offline journaling. Testing out Emperor ZP + RICH ZP. The plan is to keep RICH ZP a bit longer and at least try out Emperor ZP for a week or so. Maybe I get up to the 21 days for Emperor + RICH ZP. There is also Chosen From Within (CFW) to try out too. So many good ZP options it seems (Paradox of Choice).
Review of Chosen from Qv2 Custom + RICH ZP + CHOSEN ZP Stack 45 Days
I purchased CHOSEN as it was hard to ignore SaintSovereignās comment on not being disappointed with RICH + CHOSEN ZP. The physical shifting part in the description for CHOSEN wanted me to try it out.
In the first 10 or so days, I was not sure if the sub was working. I saw some effects around days 21-25 but I was not super convinced. There was a point I almost wanted to refund CHOSEN before the 30 day since purchase. I stuck with it anyways and then the results started to get more noticeable after the 30 days.
CHOSEN results for me was me being a bit more calm at my work. I am a bit of a middle manager for a Mathnasium. I manage staff, set up materials for students and do the occasional teaching. I was more forgiving, more patient and noticeably less critical. I think there was a productivity boost with CHOSEN but it a sneaky way. Not sure but I am happy with the positive leadership result.
There was also this feeling of the eyes being more awake from running CHOSEN. Physical shifting part perhaps? Whatever it is that is nice too.
Right now, I am testing out Emperor ZP and using a private journal. Chosen From Within (CFW) looks interesting and is another shiny object to at least try out in the ZP Preview period. Some of the results I have read look promising.
In the past, I did not sub hop much. Right now I want to try out subs in ZP form in the ZP Preview period and then decide which subs I want to stick with for longer than 45 days.
