Wb, kbst2, ssx washout mistake at day 1 with AC

I finished my stack of 3 of 15 minutes each should I take 5 days or more or what do you guys recommend for these size titles for maximum benefits for the bloom washout phase of days of rest?

Yes I’ve completed cycle for this stage 2 of kb a long with the stack and the first cycle was stage 1 of kb now at day 1 of the washout

Wait all 3 at the same day? No ofc not that’d be a no brainer

I think I messed up during my 1st day of my washout I listened to the ascension chamber for 7 minutes but then from there I’m going to take the whole week off full 7 day washout or I messed up? @SaintSovereign did I mess up I didn’t know I wasn’t suppose to but now I know but used it on day 1 of washout. It won’t ruin results from my stack?

Second Step: Just Washout

5-7 days of washout should fine…

Also keep an excel to keep track of your subliminal listening. Date, title, listening time etc.
