Hi everyone! I’m new here, I came here because of a friend’s recommendation who already made audios. I’m Brazilian too (I forgot to mention). I bought 2 audios this week, BDLM and Diamond, and I’m going to start keeping a diary and share my results with you. I have some questions that I need help with.
Do the audios really work for all languages?
What is the technology of the audios?
Can I listen to each audio for 1 hour a day for better results?

So long as you have a basic understanding of english, yes.
