Washout Period Question for 13-Day Cycle

Hi everyone,

I need advice on shortening the washout period before restarting my subliminal cycle. Here’s my current setup:

  1. Main Subliminal: Listened to a single track (one loop per session).

  2. Schedule: Followed a 13-day cycle (not a full 21-day cycle): One day ON (listening), one day OFF.

  3. Ascension Chamber: Added Ascension Chamber after the main loop once every 7 days.

  4. Completed: listened for only 13-day cycle.

I now want to restart the exact same subliminal with the same schedule (1on/1off + weekly Ascension Chamber).

Importantly, I’m not continuing to a full 21-day cycle this time as I want to restart fresh to start journaling.

My Washout Question:

  • The typical recommended washout is 5 days for 21 day cycle

  • Can I shorten this to just 2 days off as I only listened for 13 days?

  • (FYI: Today is my first off day since finishing the cycle).

I’d really appreciate insights or experiences on whether a 2-day washout is sufficient before restarting the same program for a fresh journaling start. Thanks!

@Fire @SaintSovereign

No.

I have been using some variations of 9-13 active days in a cycle for a year.

Never once i could pull off only using 2 days off for the washout.

Shortening the cycle is a great idea, but the length of the washout period should always be set in stone unless you know what you’re doing.

Given my latest findings I couldn’t agree more with that. Our mind needs at least 3-5 days to go though the processing phase.

Firstly thanks for the reply…
I only used 13 days this time because I want to restart the cycle to journal online. Wow, I still need 5 days for every 13 days? The results for this cycle is great to say…

My pattern was one day listening, one day not, then repeat. Every 7 days I listen to the ascension chamber. So far, no recon in this cycle.

Previously, I did 5 or more days(Washout) when I had less time to listen to subliminals. Let’s wait for more replies maybe @SaintSovereign could help me out…

I tend to think of washout as the testing period, meaning:

Can I express this sub on my own?

If I can’t, or there are certain aspects of the sub that aren’t yet developed, then it confirms that another cycle is needed. I usually give myself a week (5-7 days) to assess.

I’m confused because I’m not sure if it answers my question. My question was straightforward: If 21 days of listening equals a 5-day washout, then 13 days equals 3.1 days mathematically. So, is 3 days the official guideline?"

I would go with the 5 day period

Not because I think you need it but because I’m not sure if you know what it will be like for you when things like overexposure starts to happen

Plus it will really let you start fresh

5 days.

I’m afraid that our subconscious mind doesn’t understand that math.

Listen to @Viktor, mate. He’s 100% right in what he’s saying.

Been there, done that.
No, you need more rest days than that if you want it to be anywhere near sustainable.

Don’t worry about the results. I’ve done lower amount of listening days before, and the effects are pretty much the same. You’re missing nothing by using 13 on 5 off.

Thanks for all the reply.

Just going with the 21-day journey and keeping it Don’t want to complicate things.Might start posting my journal halfway.

Also, we don’t know if you just started with SC, or if you’re using the subs for some time already.

The thing is, it sounds like you’re using full loops, the full 15 minutes.
That’s a lot, especially with Emperor.

Results don’t get better by listening longer or more frequent. SC are so potent that processing time (aka time for taking action to give your mind a frame for the content of the sub) is extremely important.
We have users using 30 seconds once a week and get incredible results.

Since I can’t tell how much you’ve read in here I would recommend researching Microloops in the forum.

But you’ve seen some great results already, so the best of luck.

I’ve been listening to SC since last October. I started with Khan, and now I’m currently in my first cycle of Emperor. I have used micro loops in the past as well.
