Washout headache and eating a lot of calories

If you get a headaches during a washout(9th day washout), does that mean you’re processing information and thats the cause of the headache, from your brain trying to reconcile the information? and should you be eating just as much on washout as you do on running days?

Eat what’s normal or what’s in line with your regular diet.

Could you share what your stack was prior to the washout?

Water + electrolytes + a GOOD choline source… AlphaGPC, Phostphatidylcholine, etc.

And magnesium (glycinate or L-threonate for brain benefits, citrate or oxide if you don’t mind the gastro side effects…) if you might be deficient.

Okay just two questions here:

  1. How was the recon during the cycle?
  2. What was your listening cycle?

Terminus is strong. Really strong.

Recon wasn’t all that bad unlike in the past when I would run full 15mins. I did have a strong urge to switch subs or just to completely stop running it all together and take a month off but thats no where compared to when I ran it before on 15 mins every 3 days or so, that was hell. Also the headaches only happened after I finished running the sub, this is the first time. The headaches come and go, they don’t last long,

so on terminus I took it really really easy, like 30 seconds - 2 mins max every 5 days. The last day I used it for 15 minutes but that was it

Tricky. I’d say, wait till the headache subsides, then with the mental clarity, you can evaluate if that was recon or not. Accordingly, you can decide when to start the next cycle.

But yes, please do eat normal quantities of food. Don’t change your food intake to wrap around the sub. Do what your body requires. I’m sure many would say the same.

Intense mental effort, whether processing subliminals or cramming for an exam, depletes certain neurochemicals. Acetylcholine, in most cases of recon headaches I’ve seen.

Replenishing them works every single time, and fast. Better results when combined with electrolytes.
