AFAIK khan has minimal to no physical shifting of note, at least I wouldn’t run it expecting physical shifts… whereas Wanted’s physical shifting focuses on turning you into a model-like aesthetically enhanced figure.
Wanted focuses on muscularity, fashion sense, manifesting the ideal cologne, improving your hair and jawline, (I’m not sure about beard), clearer skin, overall body aesthetics, and definitely goes for more of a “male model” look, not a rugged sexy lumberjack (think Henry cavill with a beard and hairy chest - that’s NOT wanted)

Looking on the forum it states that khan has basic physical shifting but not like wanted or lots

Nah, I didn’t experience much physical shifting running Khan for a year. Maybe Khan + Wanted or LotS might give you the shifting you desire.

OG Khan 
When it comes to physical shifting with Khan, I kinda get a bit bulkier in a muscular sense and look more masculine. Kinda like Emperor in my experience

Khan has minimal physical shifting, mostly will make you look more masculine.
Khan is an alpha male program with a lot of sexuality in it (social, sexuality and seduction).
Wanted is a program aimed at becoming attractive as fuck and getting laid.
It has extensive physical shifting.
Both will help you get laid.

In Wanted physical shifting is wild 
1 loop kept me in bed for a few hours, and my dreams were quite bizarre.
I had dreams about returning to elementary school. Three jets could be seen flying in the sky when I looked up in the sky.
(In dreams, flying signifies beginning new endeavors.)
OK that’s makes sense starting Wanted.
Moments later, I last saw a jet flying backwards.
My thoughts were like, WTF?
Pilots from the air force were leaving the classroom when I peered over my shoulder. One of them remarked, “Buddha,” to me while wearing a high raking uniform.
My first thought upon awakening was, “Ugh, oh, looks like my subconscious wants me to return to OG Khan Buddah Stack”
My subconscious is way too accustomed to my Khan Stack (Khan+Chosen+Lbfh) to accept anything else.
And I’m perfectly fine with that

Very polarized in masculinity, for sure.
Women are drawn in yet intimidated, which makes them intrigued and glued to your presence.
It feels very mature.
Now my stack, funny enough, I put Chosen back on the shelf for now, too much for me to handle all at once. I realized I don’t really need it.
I noticed that with OG Khan, one can only really stack x1 with OG Khan in the long run. It’s better to play it safe than to put my mind under constant stress.
Over the past year, I’ve been pairing many stacks with OG Khan, and my current stack, LBFH + Khan, is one of the most gratifying stacks I’ve ever played.
OG Khan stacks very well with LbFH.
The control of power and manifestation is off the hook; meditation is deeper than I’ve ever felt on a subliminal.
My mentors take notice immediately when I sit with them.
Plus, the obnoxious behavior and lovebombing are through the roof, and women freaking love it.
I fell in love with stack 
I imagine that’s why LBFH stacks well with Emperor they integrate very well together as well
