Wanted - sage - spartan | love bomb

I’ve been working 16-18 hours a week, 7 days a week from august and I need to do it until early December.

I want this stack to give me:

  1. chill, relaxation, detachment
  2. joy de vivre
  3. great body and dick <3
  4. discipline for workouts

Before anything else: OH MY GOD THE HUNGER!! I can’t stop eating, my 6-18 fasting schedule is no more. I am literally always hungry!

I mean, you can control it, but as it’s the main benefit that I love from it, I don’t try to.

But like you can literally drink black coffee or some teas, and it will do the job :wink:

What I saw so far:

  • self confidence: high. not emperor level yet
  • always calm, but in a “I LIVE” way, not in the khan “nothing matters” way
  • happy, good mood
  • not that horny as I was with Khan, but still some horniness in there
  • my gf adores me as on Khan. Khan and Wanted are the only subs that get this attitude from her
  • I talk quite a lot, but I don’t shy from any topic, regardless how hard it is
  • I sleep A LOT. I was waking up 4:55AM every day. These days I wake up around 6-7
  • I eat A LOT. still cannot go back to fasting schedule

The question is; why do you feel the need to not eat as much as the sun is directing you to?

It’s literally Wanted guiding you to take action, so are you not willing to take action for the sub to do its thing :thinking:?

I’m just not used to it. Fasting for more than a year now. And truth be told, I’m eating like a mad for about 2 weeks and I’m starting to have a little belly. I still workout like before, but I’m getting chubbier :slight_smile:

Hmmm well maybe look at what you’re eating and make sure you’re going extra hard in the gym

This won’t work because you are running wanted and Spartan, both of which would take you to the next level, but you need to feed them and put in the work.

If you would like to know some good workout programs, lemme know how many times a week do you like training and I’ll suggest some.

Thanks, I’m good man. I work out 6 times a week, a combination of P90X and Insanity max 30.
BUT I EAT A LOT! LIKE 6 MEALS A DAY, in addition to EAA, BCAA, multivitamins and minerals.
