Thanks for your reply maybe I will have a look at OG wanted. I’ve ran a fair few over the last 4 or 5 years but nothing for at least 6 months and I’ve never had any obvious recon… kind of almost want some as confirmation of my subconscious taking it in

Actually you what, after some deep reflection of playing OG Genesis this weekend I can whole heartily say that if you feel like you don’t know what path to take subliminaly, go ahead and run Genesis

I literally just thought about all the pros and cons of all the subs Ive run in the past years and came a conclusion why WB and OG Genesis is such a great combination for my goals. If not it would of been the OG Wanted and Chosen, but unfortunately that combination for was dangerous for my health and relationships.

OG Genesis is truly a unsong hero

I would say either emperor (one of the variants that fits you most), or Primal, I would recommend Wanted: Black if not for the “internalise alpha traits”, it does not really do that.

Maybe Khan, if you’re up for a challenge? Total breakdown can help you heal and face your pain and issues, while the rest will help build you into a stronger individual that is certainly alpha.

Edit: stick to 1 sub though if you go for one of these, trust me, as a person that tried to go from 1 sub all the way to 4 subs, usually the less the better, unless you plan on doing a custom that is long term (2 years+), do not go over 2 subs absolute tops.

HS - 1m30 2 loops 1 in am 1 in pm
WB - 1m30 2 loops 1 in am 1 in pm

Does that sound reasonable? I will keep my eye out for any recon and adjust down if necessary.
In the event of no recon to note should I up the time of the loops?

Ive been running wanted og genesis and LB
I have noticed a shift in matches on dating and got 3 lined up between now and Tuesday 2 of them are already communication sexually which is obv good!
On the whole feeling better and more positive so will continue and monitor! Thanks for your help
