Wanted Black + Inner Circle?

I know Wanted Black has strong manifestation scripting, but would adding Inner Circle make it even stronger, or would it follow the law of diminishing returns? AKA would it be somewhat redundant since Wanted Black already has maxed out manifestation scripting? Anyone’s experience?

IC definitely enhances and adds its own flair,

I’m running C&C and IC and even those two feel amplifying, not like they have diminishing returns
