Yup classic stack switching moment lol. So maybe going back to that or Emperor would benefit you. Also I find switching back to subs that have already been ran is easier to pick up where you left off vs diving into something brand new.
I really appreciate your time and suggestions you gave me. It’s nice to have a community like this where you can fully be yourself and expect genuine help
Happy to help!
Coming up on 6 years of experience with subclub, my biggest recommendation is trim the fat before adding anything. 2 title stacks should be able to cover most of your objectives. 1 is probably better then 2, but for most of us here it’s hard to find one title that covers everything. Even with two titles, I’d narrow that down to 1 overarching archetype. Primal, Wanted, Emperor, Stark, are all “archetypes”. The way I think of it, is the objectives cover personality/character traits. They are identity level, and trying to implement two different identities at the same time is a lot to process. It can, and does work for a lot of users here, but get really comfortable and consistent with 1 before trying to bring on an entirely different persona.
The archetype should be alligned with your #1 goal, and what you take action on most on a daily basis. We have a finite about of energy, and the more we try to accomplish at once; the more scattered are energy is and the less far we travel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5c41aWpQ14
That said, with the second sub, I recommend picking something that supports your main goal, that doesn’t interfere with the deep inner changes the archetype sub is attempting to achieve. I prefer skill sets here, so in your case the main goal is improving your confidence and people skills; Primal does exactly this, and you could either run Daredevil as the supporting sub if more focused on people/social skills, or PS if more focused on improving social skills with women. The important thing here is that is supports your main overarchering goal. I’m also more loose with rotating the support sub; as along the journey to your main overarching goal, the skill sets will change as you progress. Another factor to include here is what does your day-day look like. Which skill set is the most important for your present situation and is going to be the most helpful in reaching your main goal?
Example: Let’s say your main goal is to get your business revenue to a million dollars and you allign with the Emperor archetype. At the beginning of your journey, you are a 1 man team, and to make more money the highest leverage activity for you, and what you spend most of your time doing is selling and marketing your service. Here, I would pick something like TS or NR. 6 months later; you have the capitol to hire on employee’s and outsource the sales so you can focus on growing the business. Now most of your time is spent on writing and creating content to build the brand, so you rotate TS for Ultimate Writer.
So you’ve got your main archetype that’s driving most of your long term growth in the direction that you want to go, and a skill that supports the development and progress of that goal based on your present situation and the most relevant actions you are taking. Most of your listening time is dedicated towards those two titles which really drives the overall growth and progression. From there, you can throw in boosters as needed; like R.I.C.H when you need to boost your revenue, or Primal Nights before you go to a date. This gives you a lot of flexibility to expieriment, and as long as your keeping your main archetype the same, you’ll still be getting that long term growth.
This approach to building a stack has really helped me have the freedom to experiment with other titles without feeling guility about trying out a new sub here or there; while still getting the benefits of long term growth. Hope that helps.
Is archetype relevant anymore? I thought with more advanced versions of ZP we’re essentially moving towards “take what’s useful and disregard the rest”.
Perhaps, nothing concrete here I just found this really simple to stick to while giving you room to experiment. I suppose you could replace archetype with any larger sub that you want to give the most attention to.
My point with the archetypes are 1, they are typically a lot more dense, and cover a lot more objectives. They also tend to be more inward focused, helping you to uncover the type of person you are or want to be, and in my experience trying to do that with two very different directions at the very least is going to lead you to make slower progress in both.
The video I posted, while nothing to do with subs specifically provided me a lot of clarity around why trying to accomplish too much at once is a good way to get nowhere.
And again this is just my preferred framework based on what’s worked well for me, and other people who typically have one main core they stick to like @Azriel @Jouissance and @Plutus
@niles agreed
@xelas you’re trying to “finally decide on a stack” to be consistent with when you can’t even decide a single title to be consistent with.
Change the question you’re asking to “what’s the one title I will commit to for the next 6 months.”
If it’s primal, it’s primal. If it’s Emperor, it’s Emperor. It doesn’t matter.
What does matter is sticking with it for a LONG time and then trying out other subs to see what complements your main sub.
Because you said you need to “be a man” I’d say Emperor… but I feel like you’ll switch off Emperor. Your intuition says Primal. So run primal pretty much forever and go from there.
The reason that caused me to make this thread and ask is so stupid but - there were some girls visiting our city and our office (our top bookers) so they were here to give some tips and at the same time to have some fun. There’s a guy who works with me who instantly started to get all the girls pay attention to him, which he naturally does and then there was me…
I felt so out of place, so completely left out. Our boss told him to take the girls out for the night, which he did.
And the funny thing is that he invited me to come with them, but guess what? I felt so weak that I refused and stayed in the office alone, like a real freaking loser
I think it has to be Emperor. I just can’t stand being the way I am anymore. I think that Emperor long term will give me the necessary kick up the arse
I agree it needs to be emperor because you said you need to be a man.
