Does it make you love your bad emotions? Otherwise which one have you tried?
I try to remember if when I am my peak I don’t have bad emotions or I just don’t care about my bad emotions so they don’t matter.

You’d use them for something constructive; I channeled mine into writing. I had it with one of my early stages of DRR/DRG custom; it wasn’t fun at first, I’ll tell you that but it ended up with my focusing deeply on writing and starting projects.
