Day 14/21
I found myself working on my podcast and loving the research so much. I wish I could do it as a full time Job. Someday I will.

Day 15/21 TS POD
I notice a sensation on the top of my head and pressure in my heart at random times when my mind quiets for a hot second. I immediately think of my subliminals, so I think this is a sign of my mind and spirit trying to integrate it with my current beliefs and hopefully eliminating ones that no longer serve me.
I felt a surge in confidence as the night wore on in a social situation.
I also managed to sneak in some research while lying in bed. I keep yearning pretty hard to be able to do this full time.
