Volume for ultrasonic, definitive answer (?)

Hi everyone.

I started this topic to have a definitive answer to this question.

From what I understood the volume for ultrasonic must be over -80 dB (registered with frequensee app from the position you mostly stay in) to get heard from your subcoscious.
Currently I using a volume of about -60/-55 dB with the speacker in a corner of the room and me mostly sitting on the desk or bad that are near each other.

Also, there is difference in the volume during the day and the night or I can use the same dB volume for both?

Plus I want to ask this. I read of some people asking if the ultrasonic volume is equivalent to the masked volume, indeed If I run the masked version on the speacker with an equivalent volume of the -60/-55 dB ultrasonic, the volume of the masked is very high!
Why this? Is dangerous for hearing?
